Orders purchased from www.freemie.com within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return.
Returned orders must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. If the box safety seal is removed or opened, the item cannot be returned. Breast pump products are personal use items, and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned and resold once opened or used.
A return authorization is required in advance for any return, and can be obtained by visiting our Customer Support page and filling out a Contact Form so we can assist you.
Freemie products purchased from other vendors must be returned to the same vendor, we will not accept a return if the purchase was made anywhere other than www.freemie.com.
Return shipments/deliveries are the customer's responsibility, we do not provide return labels.
Returns will be subject to a restocking fee and/or reimbursement of any shipping charges, if free shipping was utilized.
