We understand purchasing mistakes can happen when you're a tired new momma! If you contact us right away before it ships, we may be able to correct it. We ship quickly and orders placed before 12pm PST M-F will ship same day.  Reach out to us ASAP if you need to change your order, you can contact us at Customer Support or by creating a ticket here in our Knowledge Database. 


If your order is still in pre-shipment we can usually make an even exchange for you. If a purchase price change transaction is needed, we're not able to charge your card and change the order. For example, if you wanted to upgrade your pump order from an Independence II to a Liberty II we would need to cancel your order, and have you place a new order.


If your mistaken order already shipped, let us know anyway. In most case if the brown shipping box is unopened it can easily be sent back by writing "Return to Sender" on the box and dropping off it off at USPS. Please check with us first however so that we can confirm this and assist you. All returns do need to be authorized by Freemie Customer Service in advance. 


If you purchased the wrong item and opened and/or used it, it is not returnable for hygienic reasons.
