Most orders placed through before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday are shipped same day. 

Address changes and corrections can only be made prior to shipment. 

Once a delivery is picked up by USPS, we have very limited ability to recall, re-route or make other 

changes to your order. If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, please fill out our Contact Form on our Customer Support page on our website, let us know what update is needed, and a Freemie Agent will assist you.
