Freemie Original System cups, were open-system and made primarily for compatible Medela pumps. This cup set is now retired and no longer available. Our newest Standard Cups are a closed-system because they have a barrier inside them which prevents milk back up.
NOTE: Freemie Original Cups for Medela are NOT compatible with either the Freemie portable pumps.
