Freemie products come with a limited warranty.
Freemie Pumps are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year of normal use from date of purchase. Normal use is defined as three 20-minute pump sessions per day.
Freemie Collection Cups are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase.
Some parts do need to be replaced over time to maintain an optimal system (i.e., Valves). Plastic parts can wear out through use, and/or become damaged if care is varied. Plan ahead to avoid disruption to your pumping routine.
