If a part is missing or damaged when your order arrives, please contact Freemie Support immediately for assistance. Cup parts are covered by manufacturer's warranty against defect or workmanship  for 60 days from date of purchase. Please do not delay as requests for missing or damaged items after 60 days are not covered by warranty.
